This Room is Within a 3 bedroom house. Fully Furnished to good Standard. Quiet and Very Neat.

House has two toilets and a bathroom (if required toilet will be assigned to housemate)

Room includes a well equipped kitchen with an air fryer as well. Fridge to yourself ,Shared big Freezer. And your own cupboard spaces Good Wifi. Bills are included in the rent.(Tv licence and more)

The Living has a large Tv that’s free to use. Printer as well.

The house is very close to town or the station, 20 Mins either way you take less if you move fast.
Peel Centre (Morrison and more) and Town close by

The deposit would be your first month's rent.

Looking for a quiet, respectful and considerate house-mate

Non-smokers. And decent references

Couples are welcome, but if usage on the bills is too much than expected, be advised you may have to pay extra on that invoice when it comes to it.

Will be living with head tenant, and visitors are allowed just no smoking or drinking excessively in the house

Must not have dependents
