Hi everyone! I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in renting a 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat in central Bracknell. 3 minute walk away from the train station with easy access to London and Reading. You will have your own spacious en-suite bedroom alongside a shared modern living/kitchen area. It is a new build flat and is furnished. The apartment itself has underground parking for only £25 a month and also includes a gym, garden room, roof terrace and a study/working area. *Flat is furnished but didn’t have furniture in at the time video was taken*

I’m a young professional working in Wokingham 2-3 days a week so spend some time at home and other time in the office. I’m really sociable so always up for going for coffee/brunch/pub whilst also enjoying a chill night in.

There is a refundable deposit of £180 for the flat but when contract is signed you can choose a no deposit option if this suits you better.
