Description
I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy till 11th March 2026. 
It's a comfortable en-suite double room in first floor of a shared house with 5 Lads. Ideal for any working professional working near Reading or nearby area.
Monthly rent include all bills including Gas/Electricity/ WiFi/ Council Tax etc. Landlord has provided all kitchen utensils and cutlery (02 PCs each for all rooms). I've used my own so the new tenant will get a fresh sets. This includes all the furniture and bedding inside the room and a flat screen for each room.
House has a nice garden and a living area for BBQs or watch a match and share a beer with the lads on a weekend and driveway has capacity for 04 medium sized cars. (Currently only two at house).
Letting agent will require references from your current employer and previous landlord, three months of payslips and proof of address for your current address for referencing.
Upon confirmation from letting agent on successful referencing, I'm more than happy to put GBP 100.00 towards the Security Deposit for you.
I will be working from home from 31st Oct. Onward and am happy to show you the house and the room within or out of business hours.
