The room is a large double sized, is offered furnished but is currently unfurnished, so if you prefer to bring your own furniture that could be arranged.

It will be furnished with a single bed, a side table, a desk and a desk chair, a wardrobe and extra lounge chair and a table. There's also extra storage cupboard in the room.

Water, heating, electricity, wifi and council tax are included in rent.

This room is available for a quiet, clean female occupants only, working full time from the office.

I welcome people from all backgrounds and faiths, however, this is a halal household so no alcohol or cooking pork is allowed in the property due to dietary restrictions.
