En suite double room in modern flat in Bracknell

I am going to have a double room to rent within a modern block of flats in Bracknell available from mid November.

It's an en suite, fully furnished room on the top floor of a block of flats in a 2 block development with securely gated car-park and entrances.

The flat is light and comfortable with underfloor heating throughout for the winter. The kitchen is well equipped.

Full Sky TV package with all the channels and also have their fastest broadband.

There's a shared grounds with the other flats, including a secure bike-store. The flat is located about 5 minutes walk from both the town centre shops and also the main train station; however, it is in a very quiet location, tucked away from the main roads.

I am a 28 year old professional and work in Frimley. I'm friendly, easy going and well house-trained. I'm very into my sport, especially Rugby and spend a lot my evenings training and playing. However, when I am in, I like to have someone to chat to and socialise with. I enjoying cooking and also just spending some of my downtime chilling out.
