We are a couple with one lodger, and the use of the shared living room is welcomed along with free WiFi broadband inclusive in rent.
Room measures: 11 feet x 11 feet, photos to follow. Wooden floored, overlooks back garden.
At the time of letting the room will be furnished with a single bed and chest of drawers, with access to a wardrobe in a separate unoccupied room.
