References are required and 1 months notice (from me/you) is also required when moving out.

House is 2 mins walk to Bracknell Town Centre and 10 mins walk to Bracknell train station with easy walking access to the Bracknell Industrial Estates.

The area operates a parking permit system.

I have a fully equipped modern fitted kitchen with all appliances plus a breakfast bar. The rest of the house is also tidy, modern and nicely decorated with 1 shared bathroom. The living room is not available for use.

I am a relaxed, friendly 40 year old professional female who works hard and I have a busy life outside of work seeing friends and doing hobbies.

I am looking for a clean and tidy professional (male or female) to live in my house who can come and go as they please and live their own life. I have a cleaner but the person would be expected to share cleaning in the house when necessary and keep their own bedroom room clean and tidy.
