Looking for Female Lodger

Hi there
I live in a 3 bed house with my partner and 3 year old daughter. I also have two cats.
I am looking for a female lodger who would like to live in a quiet(ish!) home.
My home is a new build 3 bed end of terrace house, with family bathroom and downstairs loo. There is a large kitchen and decent size living room. The room to let is a good size double room, and currently unfurnished (furniture can be provided if needed). I have a private parking space which is available to use, and there is also a garden with a shed for any bike storage etc.
We live in The Parks (Bracknell) which is very close to Bracknell town and train / bus stations, and we have very easy access to the M3 / M4.
We are friendly, happy people, and I feel our home is relaxed and welcoming. It is a nice size so you will hopefully feel that you have lots of privacy.
The room is currently occupied but will be available from 1st October 2014.
