I am travelling abroad and would like to offer the double room in a 2 bed house for rent.

The room is fully furnished with bed, indoor closet and plenty of storage. Please note that even though you will have the whole house to yourself that I will still keep my stuff in the single room for when I come back. Also in case of any unexpected circumstances, I will still need to come back into the single room

BT infinity Broadband is included and so is council tax. You will have to put your own credit on electric and gas meters

You will have your own parking space right in front of the house. Property is about a mile from Martins Heron station(Southwest trains about 50 mins to London Waterloo) and very conveniently located for access to M3/M4/M25
