Double room to rent, newly decorated

We are looking for a clean, tidy individual, you will have use of washing machine and tumble drier, the kitchen is shared and after use must be cleaned and left tidy. We are happy for you to use our living area. If you eat in the room you must clear out any left over food, so as to eliminate odour. We are easy going, and are happy for you to join us of a evening. You will provide your own food, we have a small dog. Your privacy will be respected and in return you must do the same. There is parking but it is in a block, we have no allocated parking.
