There is off road private parking, just 5 minute drive from M4 junction 11 and 12 and Theale and Mortimer railway stations which have excellent rail links through to London and across the country. No smoking.

Comfy sofa, Broadband connection. Flat screen TV.

Double bed, and storage.
Personal effects can be left over the weekend. The studio has its own entrance with private patio area.
