Looking for professional male to share easy going household who's considerate to others and generally clean and tidy. The house is mid-terrace in nice area of Burghfield Common close to sports centre, shops and bus routes. There is a large kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower, basin and toilet and also another separate toilet with wash basin. The house is in great decorative order, is well maintained and is cleaned regularly. There is use of the garden with garden furniture, would be possible to pay existing tenant to use their broadband.
Prefer Mon-Fri but would accept Sun-Fri
