Single room available Monday to Friday in Burghfield Common in a 4 bedroom house on a quiet residential road, close to amenities and facilities. Price: £125pw including bills except own food; £300 deposit required. A short term let would also be considered.

The room has a single bed, chest of drawers, chair, book shelf, and open wardrobe with hanging and storing space. You will have your own bathroom (adjacent) which includes a shower over the bath, and the use of the house, including the kitchen, dining room, sitting room, garden, and a Pilates studio if it’s of interest. There is a desk available in the owner’s office, opposite the room, which can be used in the evening if required. If a desk is preferred in the room, the owner will make one available.

You would be able to use the kitchen to prepare breakfast, packed lunch and supper, with space in the fridge/freezer.

Room available from Sunday or Monday night to Friday. Clothes could be left over the weekend if required and the occasional weekend stay would be allowed.

Linen provided which would washed on a weekly cycle.

Private parking is available on the drive or on the road. Wifi/broadband available. No smoking is permitted in the house at any time.

A bakery and fruit and veg shop are a very short walk away from the house. There is also a small Tesco, Co-Op, Nisa, Post office, Asda express at the petrol station in the village. There is a parade of shops in Burghfield Common with a fish and chip/Pizza shop and an indian restaurant/take away, and a second Indian restaurant about and the Hatchgate Pub about a mile down the hill.

Transport nearby
The 2 and 2A bus stops are a short walk away (either 1 minute or 5 minutes) towards Reading/Mortimer/Tadley. Mortimer station is 10 minutes by car. Burghfield Common is 10-15 minutes from junction 11 on the M4, and situated in the Reading, Newbury, Basingstoke triangle.

Area nearby - The house is situated in a quiet residential road very close to a bakery, fruit and veg shop and cafe. There is also a small Tesco, Co-Op, Nisa, Post office, Londis, and Asda express at the petrol station in the village. Also a fish and chip/Pizza shop and an indian restaurant/take away nearby, with a second Indian restaurant about and the Hatchgate Pub about 1-1.5 miles down the hill. There are fields and woods a short walk away.
