Room in family home

Hi there,

I'm a single mum renting out a room in my home due, which is a short five-minute walk from Burnham train station and close to the M4. The room is on the ground floor and comes with a toilet and sink next door. The kitchen is conveniently located opposite the room, and the family shower upstairs is shared.

The living room is primarily used by my children, so it won't be part of the rental space. However, the garden is accessible, offering a nice spot for fresh air and relaxation, and includes a trampoline.

Parking is available on the driveway. Our home is located opposite a park and is close to shops and other local amenities.
