Lovely light double room on high street

Hi future room mate.

I’m a 44 year old professional (2 days at home, 3 days in London) looking for someone to share my lovely home as sadly my current room mate is leaving for a place of their own.

The room is a large, light double room unfurnished but could furnish for the right fit. The flat is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom but my room is a loft conversion so not on the same level which is great for sharing. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom and a large garden area shared between 4 flats which is a sun trap in the summer!

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful, professional house mate that has their own life (not surgically attached to the sofa! 😂) that would also be happy to share a drink or box set now and again. I do have a rescue dog who is getting old now and keeps himself to himself unless you feel like a giving him a fuss!

I also think in these times it’s important to align on some things. I’m left leaning, did not vote brexit and do not think immigrants are the problem to everything. I’m also LGBTQ friendly. I’m not at all ranty on these subjects but would like to live with someone with similar values.

This room is not available to couples, students, people with pets and no children.

There is on street parking, not private but you can always get a space.

The flat is 15 mins walk to the Elizabeth line and is over looking the high street with lovely pubs, restaurants and shops for everything you need. We also have a large green park opposite which is perfect for running or relaxing. Windsor and Maidenhead are a very short drive with beautiful river walks.
