A very large, bright and well-presented room in a calm, well-kept home, with lovely open views over the park. The room gets plenty of natural light and feels spacious and uncluttered.

Burnham High Street is a few minutes walk and the station on the Elizabeth line is around a 10 minute walk. The M4 is a short driving distance away and the M40 is also fairly close. There are good bus links to the trading estate nearby.

The house itself is quiet and respectful rather than a party environment, and would suit someone who appreciates a peaceful, tidy space and is considerate of others. Everyone gets on well but tends to have their own routine, so it’s a good balance of friendly and independent.

The property is owner-occupied, so it’s looked after properly and kept to a good standard throughout. I’m looking for someone reliable, clean and easy to live with who will treat the space with respect.

There are no overnight guests, as I prefer to keep the household consistent and calm.
