Lovely double room in Burnham

Hello, we are a young couple in Burnham looking to rent our spare room.
The room has a double bed and built in wardrobe. There is off-street parking. There is a nice garden (and vegetable plot) at the back of the house.

The house is recently renovated.

A bit about us. We are both from continental Europe and travel a fair bit back home. We also both work from home, so when we are home, we are home!
We are quite easy going but also need our own space.

We are looking for a lodger that is quiet, respectful of us and the house (it's brand new) and reliable. We would rather a female lodger but are willing to consider male lodgers if suitable.
