A Enstute double-bed room in a detached house

We have a good-sized, newly decorated, en-suite double-bed room with both shower and bath for a single tenant. There are also a TV and big desk in the room. You will be sharing the rest of the house with us and are welcome to use other house facilities.

The nearest train station Burnham, Berkshire is within walking distance where there are direct services to Slough or London Paddington or Oxford.

Our detached house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a large back garden. The front forecourt has a private parking space for 3 cars. We have fully-equipped kitchen, a living room and a separate dining room where you will all share. Wireless internet connection is available.

The famous historic town Windsor Castle is 10 minutes car journey away and Slough Trading Estate is also about 10 minutes driving.

We are very flexible in welcoming our tenants from different culture background and love to make friends with you. The only two requirements for a tenant are no smoking and no shoes inside the house.

The rent £550/p. c. m has included bill, council tax, i. e. there are no any other charges. If you are only interested in staying on weekdays, however, we will be happy to consider an attractive discount rate for you.
