I have a single room available Immediatley

I have a single room available in my 3 bed house. It has a built in wardrobe with shelving. Garden available which backs onto secluded car park with ample off road parking. I am a smoker but smoking is only permitted in the Garden. We are a friendly home and we are looking for a clean, tidy & happy person to share our home with. No males excepted. Females between the age of 22 and 50 considered. Other occupants are female aged 39 and 19.
Broadband and sky TV included. We are in a very friendly village and would make you feel very welcome. We are 15 min walk from train station with direct link into London/Reading and 10 min walk from slough trading estate. 5 Min walk from Village high street with shops, pubs ect.... 5 min walk from Gym and parks.
