All bills included in the rent so no extra costs per month except for shared toiletries and cleaning agents.

White Marble table, and marbled floor in kitchen.
Full access to the kitchen,
both toilets and bathroom, garden.
Washing machine and fridge available.
Would allow sharing of plates and other crockery.
Please note: Wash off after use, no storing of used cooking and feeding items in sink or table top for hygiene reasons and for convenience of use by others.

I would like a very tidy person as i am particular about bathroom, sink, wash basin cleanliness.
I would like a professional on a short term basis.
None smoker only.

A local post office is also near the shops at Coronation Square.

Regular buses and 26 bus stop is just a minute walk away from the front of the house which takes you to the shops, town centre every 10 to 15 minutes daytime and 30 minutes in the night and on Sundays.

Great Western Train station in town also is the last stop for Bus 26 from Calcot.
