1Big doublesize room in bungalow

Hi, I have a big double room available from 01/01/24 in a shared bungalow for next year. It is an attic room. The rent is £625 for double room , with all bills with the exception of the cleaning bill which is shared by me and another tenants. I do allow animals and am a live in landlord. I do provide free internet, Tv licence, soft water, heating, electricity, council tax . Parking is off road and house has a huge garden. Calcot has 24 hrs bus facilities to reading and Newbury.. I have a dog in my property so would prefer people who are ok with dogs.
