Hi i have a single room in a bungalow. Looking for a clean individual who will maintain the house. Calcot is 3 miles from the city and there is a bus to reading nearly every 10 minutes. Parking is available on the property and is near the M4 junction. It has a beautiful garden and the common areas are shared. I am a live in landlord and including me there is another lodger(female & male)too. There is a husky type dog in the house. The dog is quiet but does love to greet people. So would prefer dog lovers
