1 double rooms with live-in landlord

Hi i have 1 double room in a bungalow. Looking for a clean individual who will maintain and help with house chores. Calcot is 3 miles from the city and there is a bus to reading nearly every 10 minutes. Parking is available on the property or on road nearby and is near the M4 junction. It has a beautiful garden and the common areas are shared. I am a live in landlord and work in film and TV. There is a husky type dog in the house. The dog is quiet but does love people. So would prefer dog lovers. Cannot have cat or a male dog. If these are acceptable message me back
