Double Room

I have a lovely double room available to let in my house. It's a lovely house in a nice road. The room I have to let is at the back of the house overlooking the garden. My house is a stone's throw to the M4 and also Theale Train station. It would mean sharing my kitchen and bathroom with me so I am looking for someone who values clean living. It's really important to me that we are both comfortable. I have two cats so if you have allergies this won't work! In the room is a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe and TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine and cooking facilities. Rent is inclusive of all bills excluding the phone. Free wifi included.

I am ideally looking for someone who only needs Monday (evening) to Friday morning and will consider less nights.

Your bedding will be changed weekly and your room cleaned.
