We’ve got a lovely room becoming available in our relaxed, sociable home just outside Reading town centre – and we’re on the hunt for someone awesome to join our little household.

We are excited to welcome someone new into the mix

🛏️ ROOM 1 – £830pcm (Deposit £830)

Double bed with under-bed storage space

Wardrobe with drawers

Curtains, blinds, and everything you need to settle in

💡 All bills included!
That means: Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water, AND Broadband. No surprise costs = more takeaway budget.

🐾 Who you’d be living with:

We’re a friendly bunch of professionals who love a good movie night, takeaway, and chatting over cups of tea (which fuel approximately 90% of the house).

One of us is a veterinary nurse, which explains our live-in VIPs: a few adorable cats and dogs. So a love of animals is a must – they come with the territory (and occasionally your lap).

Sorry – no additional pets, we’re full up!
No smoking indoors, but we have outdoor space for that.

Bus stop 20 seconds away (literally – we timed it).

Short walk to local shops.

Just 5 mins drive to Reading Station & Town Centre – ideal for London commuters.
