Single room in central Caversham

Quite a large house with a garden and street parking (free). A few minutes from the bridge, shops, restaurants and parks and the river, 15-20 min walk to Reading station. Or a few minutes by bus.
1 single room, simply furnished.
The house is spacious and has all standard facilities. We only cook and eat vegan / vegetarian. Would suit a person who is easy going, respectful and considerate, clean, animal friendly and environmentally conscious, an intern, a professional or a student, who wants a homely, quiet (no parties), friendly and clean environment. A cleaner comes once a month (at £20 each).
