I am offering a double room in a quiet, modern apartment. A fantastic space if you want somewhere that's bright, in easy reach of town, and is comfortable to come home to. As I am often away, it will mostly be yours to relax in.

A 15 minute walk to Reading train station and a bus stop only 100m from the front door, with a Co-op and a Chinese take away nearby.

The apartment is on the third-floor, with no-one above, and has a gorgeous view of the local lake and fields with great wildlife - you might even spot the occasional deer!

Easy to keep warm, with gas central heating and double-glazed windows and all bills are included.

The bedroom has a double bed, (linen can be provided on request) a double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table with lamp. Space to personalise it if you want to.

A comfortable living room, bathroom and kitchen facilities, which as mentioned you'll have largely sole use of.

Rent is negotiable if you only need a Monday to Friday arrangement.
