1x double room in Caversham - £550 inc. bills

Hi there!

I am looking for a housemate for my two bed property in Caversham. The room will be available from 4th April 2021 onwards (move in date can be flexible - can be now if required). The house will be shared with me and I’ll happily show you around the place 🏡. I enjoy the usual; I love to go out for meals, drinks, bottomless brunches, exploring and days out. I also work shifts in a very demanding job, so I do like my downtime and like to chill out and have relaxing nights in watching tv / Netflix, reading, go for walks and sometimes to the gym. Looking for someone with similar interests ☺️ I also have a 🐱 called Mushu, he’s about 6 months old and is very playful and friendly.

The room is currently unfurnished with a wardrobe, however I will be furnishing it (if required) with a new double bed and mattress, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a big round wall mirror. The carpet is also brand new, and walls recently professionally painted so a very nice, fresh new feel to the room 😁.

Rent is £550 per month including bills with a minimum 6 month tenancy. I am a clean and tidy person so my house reflects this 😊.

The property is a Victorian terrace house on one of the most sought-after roads in Caversham, with street parking available (just need a permit as two are allocated to the property). Just a 10-15 minute walk to the station/town centre, or a short walk into central Caversham so it’s a great location. The house is set over two floors; the ground floor is filled with character and is spacious, consisting of a lounge with a beautiful bay window, a dining room leading to the garden, a kitchen with all the usual amenities, separate toilet and bathroom with underfloor heating. Upstairs is the two bedrooms.
