Quiet double room in peaceful Cul-de-sac

We have a spare double room in our colourful home in Caversham. We're easy going people and respectful of your privacy. We have an old lady cat called Daisy who sleeps a lot! The room has drawer and shelf space along with ironing facilities, a radio/stereo, bed-side alarm clock and a hairdryer. There's tea & coffee making facilities to hand in the room too. We are both working out most day times in the week. There's an upstairs bathroom with shower & bath plus a downstairs loo. The kitchen is well kitted out for you to use & if you are welcome to use the garden. Mon-Fri rate is £32 per night.
