Spacious Double room to rent in Caversham £750!!

Hello!
I am looking for someone to rent a room in my house.
I have lived in the house for 4 years now and love living here. The house is situated in prime location; It is a 2 minute walk to central Caversham, about a 10/15 minute walk to Reading station and Reading town centre.
The house comes with an off road parking space at the back of the property as well as access to a residential parking permit.
The house consists of a spacious cosy living room with a giant L shaped sofa. A dining room that leads onto the kitchen
and a garden.
The room itself is the largest bedroom in the house, with plenty of room for a double or even king sized bed.. with room to spare. It has a lot of natural night flooding in and has a built in wardrobe. The room will be unfurnished.
I have a loft that is available for storage if needed.

I am very easy going and looking for someone friendly and like minded. I enjoy socialising with the person I am living with but also value each others privacy and enjoy my own time and space . I enjoy swimming, walking, outdoors, festivals, eating out and watching films with friends.

All bills included!!!

Ideally I would prefer my lodger not to be working from home full time. But am open to hybrid workers.
