I have one room to rent in a detached home in Emmer Green, Caversham. It has drive way parking, local shops, pubs and bus routes nearby, Caversham main street is 15 minutes’ walk, Reading main station/Town centre 30 minutes’ walk (10 minute bus ride). The room for rent is first floor, furnished with double bed, drawers, wardrobe, desk and a window looking out at the front garden and driveway. The house has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, x3 bathrooms and garden. The house has Wifi, Netflix, Amazon Prime and house newly fitted to high specification. These and all utility bills/council tax etc are included in rent. The back garden is a good size, has storage for bikes and is great for a barbeque when Summer comes around.
