Double Room in Caversham Reading

We’re looking for a housemate in Caversham.

The Room
Can be unfurnished or furnished with a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe under bed storage a set of drawers and a bedside table.

The House
features a spacious, shared open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, along with a utility room and 3 bathrooms + a downstairs loo. There’s a large garden with a patio, a driveway for parking up to four cars, and a storage shed for bikes. The TV has most subscriptions. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs, a dishwasher, and all the essentials.

Located
in Caversham, the house is a 5 minute drive, 15 minute bus or a 25-minute walk to Reading Station.

Monthly Bills
work out at an average of £213 per month which covers council tax (band F), electricity, gas, water, TV license, internet, and a weekly cleaner.

A bit about us
The other housemates are Gomez, 31, who works in Finance, and Kaeli 28, who works in engineering. I'm 33 and work in video production. I'm into motorbikes, triathlon, cooking, and camping. I have a dog called Buddy, he's a two year old Viszla, he's very friendly and relatively well trained. We're all tidy and sociable.
