Looking for an individual or a couple (£50 extra a month) to rent a spectacular double room too. Toilet & Bathroom are separate rooms and you will only be sharing with one other person (myself). The room will be available on the 1st of August.

What is important to me is that the individual(s) that do come into my home are respectful, neat and tidy. I’m looking for down to earth good people, that will treat the house as their home. They will be a cleaning schedule and I expect everyone to clear up after themselves.

Your roommates will be a lovely couple on the three floor (Loft conversion) and myself.
