Room in a house in central Caversham

Short term let for short term, double room for 1 month from mid July. A single or a double room (with bed, desk, drawers), shared use of kitchen and bathroom. The house is in central Caversham, a few minutes from the bridge, shops, restaurants and parks and the river, 15-20 min walk to Reading station or a few minutes by bus. You'd be alone or share the house with 1-2 other women. Environmentally conscious household, we recycle and compost and only cook vegan / vegetarian food. Would suit a friendly, easy going, respectful and considerate, animal friendly and environmentally conscious person, who likes their own space. An intern, a professional or a student, who wants a homely, quiet, friendly and clean environment. A cleaner comes once a month (approx. £25 each). Any other questions, feel free to get in touch.
