I've got a lovely double room in a shared house in Caversham Park Village.

It's a quiet road and we have 3 driveway spaces and good road parking if more space is needed. Lovely garden and patio for the summer.

The existing tenants are great and all working.

In the last year, we've had a new 10kg washing machine, new carpets and sofas and refreshed a lot of the paint work.

The room includes a double bed with new mattress, drawers, wardrobe and bedside table.

I'm a live-out landlord providing rooms for professional working people. Mature students considered.
