One room in a homey terrace house, overlooking the garden, allotments and park 🌳

Would appreciate a friendly house mates that are tidy but also want to make this house a home.

£470/month, plus bills (split between the 3 tenants)

🛌 Room includes bed, mattress and wardrobe in the room, and a huge chest of drawers on the landing (to allow more room space!)

🚗 Parking available- permit on the street or free parking nearby
🐶 Must also be ok with dogs as sometimes I dog sit for friends and elderly people
🔑 Landlords live round the corner and are so lovely - always on hand if anything needs fixing and have worked hard to make the house homey for me even in the short time I’ve lived here
