Lovely house in quiet private road. Great sized double bedroom with plenty of storage. The bedroom is fully furnished and benefits from a new double bed, a bedside table, chest of drawers, chair and wardrobe. The room is on the first floor with a study adjacent to it. The study has a large desk and monitor which are available for use whenever needed. There is a shared modern upstairs bathroom with an excellent shower over the bath.

We are a young professional couple, looking for another like-minded person to share our home on a Monday to Friday basis.  Our work means we are both frequently away during the week, so there would be plenty of opportunity to have sole use of the kitchen and living room. The house has a lovely modern kitchen with quartz work tops, induction hob, and Quooker tap. You would be allowed use of the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is parking at the back of the house and a garage for bike storage. We have a private garden with seating area. All bills are included.

We live five minutes from Caversham town centre and it is a 20 minute walk, or 5 minute cycle to Reading train station. There is a local Co-op, only a couple of minutes walk away from the house
