Room for rent Caversham

Double bedroom with large king size bed, chest of drawers, bed side table and fitted wardrobe available now.
We’re looking for someone to join us in this four bed house with two bathrooms. There is a large lounge area with sofa’s and a separate dining area with table and chairs. We all share the kitchen that has two large fridge freezers.
There is a washer and drier and also a dish washer.
There is a conservatory that we all share.
The house has a garden that we use for BBQ’s weather permitting. It also has a shed with side access for the storage of a bicycle if required.
We are all professionals and are around at different times of the day, we share the upkeep and cleanliness of the property and gardens.
As a group we like to go out together to play pool, go to the odd quiz night.
The property is a class C for council tax.
