All bills are included (Wi-Fi, utilities, council tax)

There’s a studio-style room available in the house that can be used during the day – perfect for students or remote workers looking for a quiet, focused space.

❗Why the Short Let?
We're both moving out at the end of January – one for a sabbatical trip, and the other to move in with her partner. Until then, we’re looking for a like-minded, respectful housemate to enjoy the space with us.

It's peaceful and green, offering a safe and quiet place to call home, while still being just a short walk from local cafes, pubs, parks, and shops. With excellent transport links (few minutes fro m nearest bus stop), you can easily get to the town centre or enjoy walks along the river – it’s the best of both worlds.
