Small room in Caversham

There is a small bedroom available in my home in Caversham. The room is East facing so it gets the morning Sun. The room has a comfortable single bed with a new mattress, clothes storage, but there is no room for a desk. (There is a large dining table in the kitchen/diner which can be used as a work area).
The kitchen has oven/hob/grill, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. All crockery and cooking utensils are for shared use and you will have your own food cupboard and space in the fridge-freezer.
There is a convenience store close by. Regular buses into Reading centre take 10 mins, if you’d prefer to walk, Caversham Hight St is 10 mins away, and Reading station is 25 mins.
There is free parking in the driveway or on the street.
The house is on a quiet, residential street, with parks and open spaces close by.
