The room is a good-sized double and comes fully furnished with bed, chest of drawers and bedside table. You’ll also have your own private bathroom with storage.

The flat itself is clean, modern and fully furnished, with a comfortable living area and equipped kitchen. All bills are included in the rent.

I’m a live-in owner and working professional. I keep the flat tidy and organised and am looking for a like-minded young professional who is clean, respectful and easygoing. This is a relaxed homely space rather than a party flat.
