My flat is currently sat empty while I’m waiting to sell it, so I’m willing to give a good deal to the right person. Available until the end of July/start of August at the earliest, but could go longer depending on how long it takes to sell.

The flat would be suitable for 1-2 people with or without a child. There is a large main bedroom and a small 2nd bedroom, which I used as an office/guest room. It is unfurnished but there is a small double bed in the 2nd bedroom room.
