Furnished single bedroom. Bathroom next to bedroom. Large shared kitchen and utility room, shared Living Room, Dining Room and Sun Room.

Other facilities include a drive for parking, large back garden with washing line, furnished decking, garage and loft for storage.

8 minutes cycle ride to Reading Stn.
Bus No. 23 stops just near house and goes to Station. 10 mins drive to Henley.

I prefer to keep my cooking and washing separate so I allocate cupboards in the kitchen to the tenant and shelves in the fridge and freezer so food doesn't get mixed up.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

I am very independent but appreciate a tenant who likes to have a bit of a chat occasionally.
