I have a double room available to rent in my modern townhouse situated 13 minutes walk from Reading town centre and train station (30 mins to Paddington on the train).

The room would ideally suit somebody who works in Reading during the week or somebody who is from the area. Looking for ideally professionals.

One month rent in advance.

All bills are included, Fibre broadband, large living areas, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc modern and clean as well as a nice garden and Off street Parking. Cleaner come fortnightly.
