Description

I am an art teacher at a local school looking for a new housemate to fill my spare room.

The house is in a brilliant location with a ten minute riverside walk to Reading station and town, and a another ten minute walk into Caversham town centre. There is also parking outside the house.

The house has been recently redecorated and benefits from exposed floor boards, period features, a brand new bathroom (with amazing shower), a dining room as well as a lounge and huge back garden.

The room has a double bed, under-bed storage, a chest of drawers, in built rail and book shelf. It's a quiet bedroom over looking the garden. There are two sheds should you wish to store anything.

I am very much happy to share my entire house with my housemate and would be comfortable for them to have friends around, open a bottle of wine with me over a netflix special and generally share in this lovely space.

I work hard and go bed quite early during the week. Ideally I would like to live someone who is sensitive to this.

It is probably worth saying that I have two guinea pigs that live in a hutch in the garden and I'm thinking of getting a (small) dog at the start of the summer holidays...

Please get in touch if you feel this may suit your requirements.
