INTRO - Hey, so we have a two double rooms available in a lovely big shared house. Currently two male working professionals between 22-27 who both like to relax and also be sociable. We are not picky with new housemates, we just ask that you are relaxed like us and help to make sure the house stays nice and tidy :-).
THE AREA - The house is in a lovely quiet area of reading near the henley road, ideal if your looking for a slightly less manic area and the traffic in and around the area is fairly light. You can walk to Reading town centre in just over 15 minutes along the river (which is lovely) or there is a regular bus that takes 5 mins just down the road. Local shops available and also a garage and pub 5 minutes walk away. The street is very quiet and offers parking anywhere you like! The location gives you quick access to Caversham, Reading and the train station and also Henley and Sonning if required.
THE HOUSE - The house is of lovely standard and very big in size (when you see it you will love it!). We have a front and large back garden and the house is detached so its lovely and private, plenty of space for everybody in the garden and lovely for summer BBQ's with friends! There is a large beautiful modern kitchen with breakfast bar, wine fridge and modern cooking applications as well as a log burner to keep us warm in the winter, a large sweeping hallway with plenty of storage space and downstairs toilet with a walk in shower/wet room!
The living room is of big size and also has a log burner which is lovely to relax and be communal in as well as a conservatory with a dining room table for those rainy days and group dinners :-). There is then also a utility room with washing machine and then a separate "chill out" room at the far end of the house where we like to go and chill and listen to music but is far enough away from everywhere else so not to disturb. Also a double garage with plenty of storage space or space for gym equipment etc and a triple driveway for parking! A nice double downstairs, as well as a further 3 doubles upstairs and another bathroom with toilet and bath.
THE ROOMS - Room 1 - Room 1 is nice and airy, located upstairs and comes with a built in double bed which is super comfy as well as a double/triple wardrobe. It has a lovely large opening bay window which over looks the rest of the garden out of the front.
Room 2 - Room 2 is located on the ground floor and is slightly bigger than the 1st, it again has a double bed and wardrobe and is a decent size room!
SUMMARY / OTHER - Virgin internet which is super quick and also sky with the full package including sports and movies!
