Lovely double room in Caversham

Lovely furnished double room, the house has 2 bathrooms, a cosy sitting room, a spacious dining room and a small enclosed garden.

You'd be sharing with me and my miniature labradoodle and my cockapoo. I'm a very tidy person and looking for someone who is happy to keep things tidy. I will provide bed linen and wash these for you.

The house is located on a quiet street 2 minutes walk from the Thames. It is a 5 minute walk from Reading train station or 15 minutes max from Central Reading.

I'm afraid the house isn't suitable for couples.

I would consider full time let for the right person.
