Bright and airy single room for midweek let

I have a single room to let in Caversham. Either Monday-Friday for £300 (or 5 nights £350 or 3 nights £250). Friday and Saturday nights are not available.

The house is less than five minutes walk to the bus stop where buses run regularly to the station and the town centre. Caversham centre is about 20 minutes walk away. Reasonably good street parking available on quiet road.

I have a newly fitted kitchen with a large conservatory attached which is the main hub of the house. There is also a large decking area (where smokers are sent) and a beautiful secluded garden.

The room is painted white and has a single bed, a pine chest of drawers and a clothes rail.

Whilst it would be great to find a fellow veggie to take the room, someone who will not be bringing meat into the house will be considered.
