Hey,
I have one spare room available at my 3 bedroom house in Caversham, free from mid July 2017.
I'm 29, work in recruitment and have always lived in Caversham. I'm hardworking, friendly, sociable and easy going with a great group of friends. I currently have two lodgers living with me... but as one is moving to London, i'm looking for a sociable & friendly replacement to join us :)
The room is a fully furnished double and I am looking for 500pm with all bills included. There is a shared bathroom (with bath/shower) upstairs and a toilet downstairs, lounge, kitchen & diner and a patio garden. Sky TV and broadband are all included in the rent and if you're a driver then there's plenty of street parking right outside the house (no permits required) and it's only a 10 minute walk from Reading station. We also have a cleaner who comes every fortnight.
