Very conveniently located for Reading train station (10 mins walk) and the Berkshire and South Oxfordshire countryside. Room consists of double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers (photos available). Bedding and towels available on request.
Just one other occupant (friendly female personal trainer and Pilates instructor) so preferably looking for another woman (but will consider a man), who doesn't mind sharing with someone who lives a fairly healthy lifestyle. Enthusiastic cook so lots of helpful kitchen equipment i. e. Slow cooker, food processor, bread and ice cream maker. Please note this room is only available to people looking for Mon-Fri lets - not a full time lodger and viewings only available to those with profiles. Rent rate advertised applicable for long term lets only, but short term rate available on request.
