This is a large ensuite room for single occupancy, in a high quality house located in Cippenham, which is a great location for those looking to work on Slough Trading Estate, Heathrow Airport, M4 Corridor (we're 2 minutes away from Jn7), or using the Elizabeth Line to commute into London (Burnham Station is 45 minutes journey time).

It's a 3 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, local shops and Pubs.

No deposit is required, just a £200 holding fee, then reference checks and balance of the first month's rent upon suitable references being returned.

There's off road parking at the front of the house, we'll be installing EV chargers in the next couple of months, so no need to pop out somewhere else to get your EV charged.

All bills are included, so there's no need to worry about gas, electric, council tax and water bills. There's complimentary broadband throughout the house.

There's a communal kitchen which has 2 x electric ovens & hobs, 2 x tall fridge/freezers, kettle, toaster & microwave, washing machine and tumble drier. Each tenant has their own allocated storage, fridge & freezer space.

We have a patio at the back of the house, where you can relax in the summer evenings. Washing lines are available here if you'd rather not use the tumble drier.

We clean the communal areas weekly, and have a proactive Property Manager who visits the house several times a week.

Rooms are professionally cleaned and refreshed between tenancies.
